Online & Mobile Banking Updates
Consumer Online Banking is scheduled to be updated on Monday, March 11, 2019. This update includes a number of accessibility improvements for individuals who use assistive software, such as screen-readers, that help users with visual impairments. To ensure FBFC remains in compliance with Regulation E, the Description free-form field is removed from the Transfers page. Transfers made in Consumer Online Banking will retain only system-generated internal-transfer descriptions.
Upon first logging in after the update to Consumer Online Banking, users who have previously selected "Don't challenge me again on this device" when prompted to answer a security question may be prompted to answer a security question. Users should again select "Don't challenge me again on this device" to avoid being asked a security question upon logging in thereafter.
With our recent update to the FBFC Mobile app, users are now able to schedule transfers between FBFC accounts! To ensure you have the most recent version of the app, v 18.3, refer to the More option.
Tablet app users now have functionality of Biometric sign-in (Apple Touch ID, Apple Face ID, and Android fingerprint login), Instant Balance, Change Password, and Sort accounts.
Mobile Banking may be temporarily unavailable during a scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 1:00 am CST to 5:00 am CST.
