Strawberry Rhubarb Topping

- 1 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 lb. strawberries, cut into quarters
- 2 T. honey
- 1 T. water
- Angel Food Cake
- Whipped Cream
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Lower heat to medium and simmer until the fruit is soft and the mixture has thickened, about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve over angel food cake and top with whipped cream.
