To receive a new debit card, you can visit any of our Branches and we can instantly issue you a new EMV debit card for your personal or business account.

Mortgage Assistance

In case of errors or questions about your federally related mortgage loan (does not apply to Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) or other open-ended lines of credit), you must use this established address to assert an error or to request information regarding your loan account with us.

Please write First Bank Financial Centre, Attn: Loan Servicing, P.O. Box 1004, Oconomowoc, WI 53066-6004 as soon as you can, if you think there is an error in your account, or if you need more information regarding your loan account with us. To submit a written notice of error or a request for information with us, please provide the following information in the notice:

  • Your account name and loan number
  • Describe the error or issue as clearly as you can, and the impacted dollar amount (if applicable)
  • Explain why you believe there is an error or why you need more information.

Generally, within five (5) business days of receipt of your written request, the Bank will provide written acknowledgement to you of its receipt of the request.
