Job Summary

 

Position Type:  Temporary - This is a limited term position, with an anticipated end date of mid March, 2019.

Schedule:  9:00 - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch.  Anticipated 30 hours weekly.

Location:  Oconomowoc, WI

Summary:   The Wealth Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for support and coordination of wealth management related activities in order to assist both clients and advisors with their daily activities. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, computer skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and clients

 

 

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years experience as an administrative assistant or  similar role
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
Preferred Experience
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in a financial institution / wealth management environment
  • WI Life and Health Insurance License
