Summary: The Operations Support Review Specialist I is responsible for performing all necessary review of file maintenance reports within Director as well as CRM and spreadsheets. This position is also responsible for reviewing all stop payment, EBB, debit card, 2nd day wire, dormant & inactive accounts. This position is also responsible for logging and clearing GAPs within CRM. In addition, this position will assist with all customer inquiries including phone, email and chat and provide support as a back-up for various other Operations Support responsibilities.
Schedule: This is a regular full-time position with a rotating weekly schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with an occasional Saturday (2 to 3 times per year).
