Job Summary

 The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures.  The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in an accurate and professional manner. This position also refers customers to other products and services of First Bank Financial Centre as appropriate. 

This Full-time position in our Grafton branch averages up to 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and up to 3 Saturday mornings per month.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Six months or more related experience in customer service and cash handling
Preferred Experience
  • Preferred candidates will have prior bank teller experience
