Job Summary

The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures.  The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in an accurate and professional manner. This position also refers customers to other products and services of First Bank Financial Centre as appropriate. 

This Part-time position in our Grafton Branch averages 20-29 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and up to 3 Saturday mornings per month.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED (or in high school with work permit)
  • Six months or more related experience in customer service and cash handling. 
  • Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a retail banking.
