This position oversees the customer service team in a branch sales location. The Customer Service Manager provides guidance to the Customer Service Representatives and Service Bankers, and works to enhance the level of distinctive service provided to our customers. This position refers customers to other areas of First Bank Financial Centre as appropriate.
This Full-time position in our Brown Street Branch in Oconomowoc averages 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and up to 3 Saturday mornings per month.
