Job Summary

This position oversees the customer service team in a branch sales location.  The Customer Service Manager provides guidance to the Customer Service Representatives and Service Bankers, and works to enhance the level of distinctive service provided to our customers. This position refers customers to other areas of First Bank Financial Centre as appropriate. 

This Full-time position in our Oconomowoc Branch on Brown Street  averages 38-40 hours per week and requires availability between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15pm weekdays and up to 3 Saturday mornings per month.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking environment with teller transactions
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Coaching/training experience.
  • Experience with supervision or leadership of retail banking activities.
  • Audit/compliance expertise.
  • New accounts experience.
