Do Not Call Policy

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the State of Wisconsin have established a "Do-Not-Call" registry and other regulations pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Action (TCPA). The impact of the FCC regulations is to prohibit all commercial telemarketers from calling any phone number on the registry without being subject to financial penalties.

It is the policy of First Bank Financial Centre to adhere to all of the provisions of these regulations by implementing this policy and subsequent procedures.

First Bank Financial Centre does not initiate telemarketing activities to non-commercial prospects other than individuals with whom we have an established banking relationship, as that term is defined in the FCC's Do-Not-Call rule and in the statute.

If you wish to be placed on First Bank Financial Centre's "Do-Not-Call" list, as well as our "Opt-Out" list, you may do so by phone at (888) 569-9909, or by US Mail at First Bank Financial Centre, Marketing Department, 155 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, WI 53066-6004.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) was passed to give parents increased control over what information is collected from their children online and how such information is used. The law applies to Websites and services directed to, and which knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 13. First Bank Financial Centre's Websites and online services are not directed to children under the age of 13, nor is information knowingly collected from them. For additional information on COPPA protections, visit the Federal Trade Commission's Website.
