Retail Loan Operations Manager - Corporate Office

The Retail Loan Operations Manager is responsible for management, supervision and direction of the retail loan operations and servicing departments.  The primary objective for this role is to protect the lending assets of the bank through organizing, planning and directing all operations and servicing for the retail loans department.  

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent experience; a minimum of five years experience in a loan operations and servicing environment; extensive knowledge of lending practices including secondary market conforming and FHA lending, loan operations and servicing requirements; knowledge of State and Federal lending regulatory and compliance requirements.  The preferred candidate will have previous supervisory experience.
