Availability RequiredHours will vary throughout the week. Required availability is Monday - Friday midday until 6:15pm (morning availability a plus) plus 3 Saturdays per month between the hours of 7:30am and 12:15pm.
Summary: The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing basic cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in a professional manner. Preferred Experience: Six months or more of proven customer service and cash handling experience. Bank experience is preferred.
