Summary: The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing basic cash receipts and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. The Customer Service Representative’s primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in a professional manner. We are seeking individuals with a flexible schedule but minimally, someone who can work late afternoons to close and every other Saturday. Preferred Experience: Six months or more of proven customer service and cash handling experience. Bank experience is preferred.
