This position is responsible for proactively building relationships, providing one-on-one personal service to the bank’s valued customers and actively promoting the bank’s services, products and programs. The New Accounts Representative’s primary objective is to retain and grow core deposits and services per household by pursuing sales opporutnities and cross-selling products and services, as it meets the customer's needs.
Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking activities, including a minimum of 1 year opening new accounts; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree preferred.
