Required AvailabilityMonday through Friday between the hours of 7:45am and 6:15 pm plus 3 Saturdays per month between the hours of 7:30 am and 12:15 pm
The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as an ambassador of the bank and providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. The Customer Service Representative's primary objective is to build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in a professional manner.
Required Experience: Six months or more of proven customer service and cash handling experience. Bank experience is preferred.
